SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
We (www.b2b.nutrigo.ie) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
ORDER SHIPPING:
The shipping of all products is handled by DPD as a courier company or by AnPost as a postal service, regardless of the weight or value of the package.
Whenever you place an order before 1.00 p.m., your parcel will be dispatched the same day. It is expected that the delivery will be made within the next 1-2 working days. It should be noted that Premier NutriGo Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any delays, or lost or damaged goods during the shipping process.
Please contact us via e-mail: [email protected] if your order is not delivered within two days of placing the order.
You will be able to track the parcel number, and we will make another attempt to deliver your order. If we are unable to dispatch the order due to the product or flavor we have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know if the flavor can be changed or if the product can be replaced by another product.
If your order is under €100, the shipping cost will be €5.99, and if your order is over €100, the shipping cost is free.
When you place an order, you are asked to specify the address to which the items will be delivered. Premier NutriGo reserves the right to refuse to fulfil orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if the shipping information they provide is incorrect. If we are unable to collect the item on their behalf, the customer will be charged €5.99.
OUR GOODS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO IRELAND ONLY. WE DO NOT SHIP GOODS TO ANYWHERE ELSE!

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://nutrigo.ie will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
