RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

  • RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customer.

We must receive the product within 14 days of purchase or we cannot give any refund.

Please check all flavours/products prior to opening, as we can not exchange or refund any product that has been opened.

We cannot accept goods back if you have opened the product and simply do not like the taste. In this case, you have to cover the shipping cost.

We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (a full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. Exchange/Refund of the damaged item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:

Eligibility for Return:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase order number. The product must be returned within 14 days of return approval.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • All customers must contact www.b2b.nutrigo.ie for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
  • b2b.nutrigo.ie will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.b2b.nutrigo.ie.

Note: Nutrigo.ie reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

  • DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

Please DO NOT OPEN the product or break the seal as it will be classified as damaged.

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged.

In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the item. And, the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy (mentioned above). The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.

In case of a damaged product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All refunds will be issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms, then you will not receive a refund for our service.

Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged for collection on their behalf.

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

  • REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 7-14 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
